Every Sunday morning, we observe "Dhammakaya Time", a dedicated period for collective meditation. This is a valuable opportunity for everyone to cultivate mindfulness together, purifying our body, speech, and mind.
Through this practice, we take refuge in the Triple Gem: the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Sangha — the ultimate shelter from life's suffering. As we draw closer to this inner refuge, suffering gradually diminishes, making space for true happiness — Ekanta Parama Sukha (Pali: "absolute supreme bliss") — a state of pure, boundless joy that arises from within.
We believe that every life is a journey to discover this genuine happiness, which resides within ourselves and can be accessed simply by calming the mind into stillness.
At DCS, we offer simultaneous sessions in both Chinese and Thai, held in separate rooms. The Chinese session follows a live translated voice-over, ensuring that language is never a barrier to inner peace.
This weekly practice also serves as a moment of global synchronisation — uniting hearts across borders, all turning inward together in search of the light within.
Everyone is welcome. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to find stillness.
