Terms & Conditions

I, the donor, acknowledge that I may make donation to Dhammakaya Centre Singapore ("DCS") via PayNow, credit card or GIRO. By proceeding with any donation, I agree to the following terms and conditions.

1 Payment by PayNow

If I have chosen to make donation using PayNow, I understand, acknowledge and agree that:

• PayNow is provided "as is" and "as available" by a third party service provider ("Service Provider"). My access and use of PayNow is at my own risk and is subject to the availability of the services by the Service Provider, the participating banks, and DCS.
• My use of PayNow is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the participating banks and the Service Provider, including such transfer limits as may be stipulated.
• DCS does not represent or warrant that the use of PayNow and/or the transactions made via PayNow will be successful, uninterrupted, complete, timely, secure, or free of any malware or error.
• DCS shall under no circumstances be held responsible or liable in connection with my use of PayNow for making payment, including any transaction being unsuccessful, late, incomplete or erroneous.
• DCS reserves the right to determine the type of payments and transactions that can be made using PayNow at its sole discretion.
• I will not use the PayNow service for any improper purpose, including but not limited to unauthorised or erroneous transactions.

DCS may share a PayNow QR code from time to time. I agree that I am solely responsible for specifying the payment amount and ensuring that DCS is the intended recipient prior to making any transfer. DCS shall not be liable in connection with my use of any PayNow QR code.

2 Payment by Credit Card

If I have chosen to make payment by credit card, I understand, acknowledge and agree that:

• The cardholder and I hereby authorise DCS and the card issuer to charge the said card the one-time amount, and/or any such recurring amounts as applicable.
• Any authorisation for recurring payments will continue to be in effect unless and until I notify DCS in writing to terminate it.
• If I wish to change or terminate any authorisation for recurring payments, I agree to notify the card issuing bank and DCS before the change or termination.
• The credit card details provided by me are correct and accurate and that the card is lawfully owned by me or used with full authority of the lawful owner.
• I confirm that I am fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit card for this transaction and that there is sufficient credit available.

3 Payment by GIRO

If I have chosen to make donations by GIRO from a bank account, I understand, acknowledge and agree that:

• I hereby authorise DCS to instruct the said bank to debit from the said bank account the one-time amount, and/or any such recurring amounts as applicable.
• The authorisation for recurring payments will continue to be in effect unless and until I notify DCS in writing to terminate it.
• If I wish to change or terminate any authorisation for recurring payments by GIRO, I agree to notify the said bank and DCS before the change or termination.
• The bank account details provided by me are correct and accurate and that the bank account is lawfully owned by me or used with full authority of the lawful owner.
• I confirm that I am fully and lawfully entitled to use the monies in such bank account for this transaction and that there are sufficient deposits available.

4 General Terms

• I hereby authorise, agree and consent to DCS to use and/or disclose any information collected to its associated individuals/organisations and/or independent third parties within or outside Singapore, with regard to matters pertaining to the processing, reviewing and administering of my payments.
• Should any payment not be successfully effected for any reason, DCS shall under no circumstances be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever.
• I agree to fully indemnify and hold DCS harmless against any loss, damage, liability, cost and expense which DCS may reasonably incur as a result of acting upon or processing my payment instructions.
• I confirm that all information provided by me is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge.

DCS reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be that published on this portal or on DCS's official website. DCS reserves the right to decline the acceptance of any payment instructions at its sole discretion.
